Operation: Wawa Road Trip is one of the funniest pieces of theater I have seen in a long time. It marries innovative comedic acrobatics and creative theater magic.
The play follows a brother-sister duo who grieve their father’s death by road tripping to a Wawa associated with their childhood to spread their father’s ashes. Comedy ensues: soda cave trolls, bathroom ghosts, Doritos ninja stars, and talking hoagies and ends with a surprisingly heart-filled wordless ending. The cast will amaze you with their physical feats and impeccable comic timing.
