You might be seeing a lot of Fringe shows, but you’re no Brett Mapp. Brett has been attending the Philly Fringe Festivals since it was a small collection of performances in Old City and been a self-described “hardcore Fringer” since 2005.
He’s the director of operations for the Old City District municipal authority, but he finds time to see dozens of Fringe shows every year (and lots of theater at other times). Brett knows his Fringe, so his schedule is a good guide for anyone considering what they should see.
