Live from Philadelphia… it’s 4SW Live! (FREE show)

4SW showcase

4SW Productions is launching onto the Philadelphia theater scene with a showcase of short comedic plays next Monday in the third-floor space at Plays & Players theater. Written by and starring company members Sebastian Cummings, Angela Harmon, and Mike Fisher, “4SW Live! A Showcase of Original Works by 4SW Entertainment,” promises to be a Saturday Night Live–style laugh fest by talented up-and-coming artists.

A few years out of the theater program at Rutgers-Camden, the ambitious group  ”specializes in the outrageously funny.” They have been putting out humorous videos for some time and produced a short run at Philadelphia’s Shubin Theatre in May 2011. They’ve chosen the down night of Monday to showcase some new and old work because they’d like to “give the Philadelphia area a chance to see what they can do.” To make attendance even more enticing, the night is FREE (donations accepted, but aren’t they always?) and the next door bar, Quig’s Pub, will be open and serving drink specials.

Check out a video of their last show or 4SW YouTube channel.
