Theater in Sketch: ALL’S WELL THAT ENDS WELL (PAC)

Helena can heal an ailing king, outwit any man, travel across countries, and defy death itself. But she can’t make Bertram love her. In this rarely-produced late play of William Shakespeare, the comedy seems bittersweet, and the laughter melancholic. In love, and in life, there are no truly happy endings. Dan Hodge directs a cast featuring Damon Bonetti as Parolles, the foolish rogue, in a new production of William Shakespeare’s ALL’S WELL THAT ENDS WELL for Philadelphia Artists’ Collective. 1. Hi Chuck. Thanks for the very nice review. Although I am compelled to make the correction that Laural Merlington played The Countess not Kirsten Quinn. Kirsten Quinn was indeed the Widow Capilet, Diana’s mother, Laural Bertram ‘ s mother.
